De ordinaire verkapte bezuiniging aka STAP regeling moet terug gedraaid worden zodat we studies gewoon weer kunnen aftrekken van de belasting. Er hoeven geen nieuwe regels bedacht te worden, het enige wat de beleidsmakers en wetgever moeten doen is de speelruimte van de oude regeling groter maken i.v.m. mbo cursussen. Maar ja het draaide weer alleen om de centen. (aangepast)
