1. Kun jij even vertellen bij welke geschillencommissie amazon.nl aangesloten is? Kijk dan even verder... iets met OGB, en kijk dan eens naar verschillen tussen OGB en die Nederlandse!
2. Ons consumentenrecht is afgeleid van / in lijn gebracht met het Europese consumentenrecht, daar zitten geen noemenswaardige verschillen in. Sterker nog, qua garantie was tot voor kort Europees recht (incl. Frans nationaal recht) beter geregeld dan hier.
3. Amazon is in de regel een betrouwbare partij. Bovendien Europees (en niet nationaal, ondanks dat de sites die doen denken) georganiseerd. Met andere woorden: Amazon.nl is gewoon van dezelfde partij als Amazon.fr (Amazon EU Sarl > kijk naar wens naar je bankafschriften)
4. Enige probleem is het Frans, maar in praktijk kom je er in het Engels met ze uit. Daarnaast heb je ook nog Sony zelf die je aan kunt spreken. (aangepast)
Geduld hebben en dan kopen zodra je aan de beurt bent.
