What you need to know before redemption
Uber Eats & Uber rides Vouchers (referred to as 'the Vouchers') are now available at the OnePlus RedCoins Shop! Before redeeming them, you wouldn't want to miss the following tips.
1. The scope of the Vouchers
You could redeem the Vouchers in the RedCoins Shop from any Eurozone country and it is applicable to both Uber rides and Uber Eats in the following countries.
Uber rides: all European countries
Uber Eats: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden*, Switzerland*, and the United Kingdom*
(*If used outside of the Eurozone area, it will be automatically converted based on the exchange rate)
2. Geographic coverage of the Vouchers
You could redeem the Vouchers in the RedCoins Shop from any European country. The Vouchers are applicable in the countries where Uber or Uber Eats is available. Please find the available locations from the links below.

3. Currency of the Vouchers
The Vouchers are in Euro. If the Vouchers are used outside of the Eurozone area, they will be automatically converted based on the exchange rate.
4. Validity period for redemption and usage
The vouchers redeemed in May 2023 will be valid until January 1st, 2024.
Red Cable Day promotional discount starts from May 15th till June 31st. After that period, it will return to its original price. You can only redeem each type of coupon once per month. The next renewal date is July 1st.
5. How to view and use the voucher after redemption?
The process consists of three steps: Redeem, Claim and Use.
After you successfully redeem in the RedCoins Shop you would receive a gift link, which you can check in your Order History (https://www.oneplus.com/sales/order/history#/)
Click the gift link and log in with your Uber account. If you’ve successfully claimed the voucher, it should show up in the Uber wallet and can be applied in the fare breakdown.
6. Is it possible to use several Vouchers in one single order of Uber rides/Uber Eats?
No, you can only apply one Voucher to an order.
7. Can redeemed Vouchers be refunded or transferred?
No refunds are allowed but you may give away your gift link before redemption.
8. How to earn more RedCoins?
If you are using a OnePlus device, you can claim 500 RedCoins after linking your device (https://www.oneplus.com/event/link-device-introduction). And you can also earn more RedCoins by shopping at the official OnePlus store or completing RedCoins tasks.
