I got a tracking code from PostNL. The delivery of my package changed to delivered but I did not receive anything. I contacted PostNL and they asked me to contact brandfield if I wanted the issue to be resolved I have trying to contact them but they are not responding. The only way you can contact them now is via the link to their whatsapp. I cannot call them since its mentioned on their site that the phones are not working because people have been working from home and the quick chat is also not working, It's just much better to go to a physical store and buy what you need

Je krijgt een simpel armbandje, chocolade, kortingscode van €30 vanaf €150 bijvoorbeeld . Lang verhaal kort niet de moeite waard. Of bestellen, chocolade eruit halen en terug sturen 😁
